Our no-adjunct base stout, aged for 9 months NY Distilling Co. Rye Whiskey barrels, and then aged on a beautiful honey-processed coffee from the award-winning Las Flores farm in Honduras (roasted by our friends & neighbors at Loveless Coffees). Jet black ink in the glass, with cappuccino-tan foam. A blast of fresh-brewed coffee up front, followed by raw cacao, toasted oats, black molasses and a hint of spicy rye. More retro than pastry. Supremely balanced. All hail the Queen!
