THE DARKNESS BENEATH: Aqua (2023) • Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout • 14.5% // Our massive imperial milk stout base, aged in NY Distilling Co. Rye Whiskey barrels and conditioned on toasted coconut & organic cacao nibs (courtesy of our friends at Fine & Raw). Notes of dark-chocolate-dipped macaroons, Almond Joy candy bars, light char, and a hint of spicy rye. Rich & decadent. Contains lactose!

THE DARKNESS BENEATH: Golden (2023) • Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout • 14.5% // Our massive imperial milk stout base, aged in NY Distilling Co. Rye Whiskey barrels and conditioned on Marsellesa coffee beans from Puebla (selected and roasted by our friends at Loveless Coffee), cannoli, toasted coconut & organic cacao nibs (courtesy of our friends at Fine & Raw). Notes of fresh espresso, fudgy brownie batter, black roast, cannoli custard, creamy coconut, and a hint of spicy rye. Completely over-the-top. Contains lactose!
