Wildflower honey & lemon on the nose, with subtle elderflower a touch of grassy spice, balanced acidity and the lightest hint of brettanomyces funk. Spritzy carbonation. Bone dry finish. Delicate yet flavorful. Aged 17 months in French oak with a farmhouse blend of wild yeasts, butterfly pea flower and elderflower. Package conditioned. Limited release.
